This Privacy Policy explains how ColorPick – Photo Color Picker (“ColorPick”, “the App”) handles information when you use the application. ColorPick is developed by SoftTechJet.
ColorPick is designed as a privacy-friendly utility. The App does not require an account and its core photo and color-processing features operate locally on your device.
ColorPick does not require you to provide personal information such as your name, phone number, address, or account credentials. The App does not have a user registration or login system.
You may choose an image from your device or take a photo using your camera. The App analyzes the image to extract colors or identify a color at the location you select. SoftTechJet does not receive or store copies of photos processed through ColorPick.
Saved colors and palettes are stored locally on your device. They are not sent to SoftTechJet servers. Uninstalling the App or clearing its application data may remove this locally stored information.
ColorPick may request camera access when you choose “Take Photo” and may use your device's photo/file picker when you choose to upload an image. These permissions are used only to provide the color-picking functionality. You control permissions through your device settings.
ColorPick does not sell, rent, or share your photos or saved color palettes with third parties. The current version does not use a backend account system for collecting or synchronizing your color data.
The current version of ColorPick is not designed to require third-party analytics, advertising, or cloud-storage services for its core functionality. If this changes in a future version, this policy may be updated.
ColorPick does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not require an account and does not intentionally collect personal information.
ColorPick is designed to minimize transmission of user content. Photos and saved palettes used by the core features are not transmitted to SoftTechJet servers as part of normal use.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App's features, services, or data practices change. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
